It dosent matter whether its wet or dry it depends on your hair . I would use Dr.Miracles as a Shampoo. And use DooGro products for styling . And if you have split ends your hair is not gonna grow. You can wrap your hair to controll its flip. or straighten the ends . If you jhave curly hair use moose to controlthe flip.

Hair just grows as it wants to- meaning you can't force it to stop or to go. It appears to shrink or something while it's wet; that's why if a woman gets her hair cut after it was washed, and she wants an inch off, by the itme it's dry actually 2 or 2 1/2 inches are gone. I'm not sure what happens but it happened to me.

it doesn't matter. nothing you put on it is going to make it grow. hair grow about a 1/2 in a month. My Philippine friends say if you eat a lot of rice it make s your hair grow but i don't think that is proven either.
