yea, use a deep conditioner at night sometimes, that will help, and also use pantene pro-v for dyed hair or the winter rescue stuff

that's exactly what i would do! I would color it or bleach it again, because it will become dead and will start to fall out. Trust me it happened to my friend, she colored it about seven times in the last 7 months.

Try the deep conditioning treatment overnight with the shower cap or a home remedy for dry damaged hair is mayonnaise %26amp; olive oil -I know it sounds a little weird and disgusting but it's starting to help my hair and my hair is really bad but all you have to do is just massage into your scalp and coat it throughout your hair and wear it on there overnight in your shower cap and wash it out the next day and it leaves your hair feeling very soft... so I hope it helps;)

Thats what I tell my clients, but not overnight, just when they are busy with cleaning or something. What did you buy for a deep conditioner? Extreme Rescue Force by Redkin works good. One I prefer is Biologe's Conditioning Balm. You can also get a silkening serum for before and after it's wet, Kenra's silkening gloss or Paul Mitchell's gloss drops work wonders.
