well i dont kno why u cant cut the dead ends but i guess a leave in conditoner or hot oil treatment should do the trick

Your not allowed to cut anything? Are you amish? Well you can always use a really good conditoner but you cant repair split ends. If anyone tells you that you can, they're lying, its a myth.

i would get a trim and then use a mousterizing conditioner to prevent them come froming back

there is no way to get rid of split ends once there already their. u can like make them look like there not there but they are still there

to make it look like u don't ahve them if u cant get ur hair cut put herbal essance none of ur frizzness leave in conditioner in ur hair where the split ends are

If you don't trim it - the split ends will get worse and then eventually every hair is going to have a split end. You can't repair them. Products will just camouflage the damage temporarily. If you have thick hair- try a small amount of a gel like product with silicone in it. If you have finer hair- try a cream product that doesn't have silicone.

Why can't you cut your hair? To get rid of split ends and the dry frizzies, the only way to do it is to get a trim. You cannot repair split ends. When you condition, make sure that you put the conditioner on the ends only. You don't need it up near your scalp. This will help with future split ends.
