I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

how do you make it really soft?? my hairdresser gave me a showercap and told me to put it on overnight with conditioner or deepconditioner in my hair...

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

What i do if i colour my hair or etc.

i put contitioner on leave it there overnight, wash it out put contitioner on again and i do it so on until i see improvement.

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

yea, use a deep conditioner at night sometimes, that will help, and also use pantene pro-v for dyed hair or the winter rescue stuff

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

you can also buy leave in conditioner

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

Overnight conditioning is excessive... a deep conditioner is only effective for the first 20-30 minutes. After that, the hair dries and the conditioner leaves a film.

While conditioning treatments can help, the most important thing you can do is to make sure you're not shampooing too often, and that you are using a very mild cleanser.

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

that's exactly what i would do! I would color it or bleach it again, because it will become dead and will start to fall out. Trust me it happened to my friend, she colored it about seven times in the last 7 months.

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

deep condition your hair and use moisturizing shampoo

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

wash your hair once a week with honey mixed in with your daily shampoo and rinse well for softer hair.

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

Alright I think you should try this. It is called SEA SILT MINERAL INFUSION FOR HAIR by AQUATANICA SPA. You can get it at Bath %26amp; Body Works for $16.00

I use it and it works great!! Seriously...I would try it.

Hope I helped!

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

olive oil conditioner is really good for dry hair, you should try that

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

Try the deep conditioning treatment overnight with the shower cap or a home remedy for dry damaged hair is mayonnaise %26amp; olive oil -I know it sounds a little weird and disgusting but it's starting to help my hair and my hair is really bad but all you have to do is just massage into your scalp and coat it throughout your hair and wear it on there overnight in your shower cap and wash it out the next day and it leaves your hair feeling very soft... so I hope it helps;)

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

besides deep conditioner

you could put mayo in your hair

it has lots of oils in it

just leave it in for a certain amount of time

and wash...

your hair should be brand new

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

Thats what I tell my clients, but not overnight, just when they are busy with cleaning or something. What did you buy for a deep conditioner? Extreme Rescue Force by Redkin works good. One I prefer is Biologe's Conditioning Balm. You can also get a silkening serum for before and after it's wet, Kenra's silkening gloss or Paul Mitchell's gloss drops work wonders.

I just got my hair bleached out..it is really dry please help!!!?

by Dumb Blonde conditioner by Bed Head, I bleach my hair all the time and it is the only thing that makes it look healthy

Hi, i have this really dry, fizzy n coarse hair and cannot be managed. kindly suggest what i should

Try a smoothing shampoo and conditioner. You might also want to think about color, even just a glaze. Framesi color line is AWESOME. It's loaded with conditioners and vitamins so it tends to make your hair softer and more shiny. It is only available from a professional. My hair runs on the dry side, I use back to basics coconut mango ...nice stuff. Again only available through professional.

Hi, i have this really dry, fizzy n coarse hair and cannot be managed. kindly suggest what i should do?

Work with it. Imbrace it. Put a little gel in it and let it air dry. Love your locks!

Hi, i have this really dry, fizzy n coarse hair and cannot be managed. kindly suggest what i should do?

Go to the hairdresser, ask him for a good shampoo, they will help you.

Hi, i have this really dry, fizzy n coarse hair and cannot be managed. kindly suggest what i should do?

I used to have that kind of hair..Simple, have a hair cut first and then

buy a hair treatment cream (I used to think that this cream was expensive..but hey...it's affordable).

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

dry... never wet

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

depends on what the box says to do

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

Dry. That's what it says on the box.

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

DRY DRY DRY

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

My hair colorings have all said that the hair must be dry to color.

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

hey i've had my hair dry whenever i color it....

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

dry

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

depends on the direction but in my experience it should usually be dry

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

YOU COLOR YOUR HAIR DRY. NO NEED TO WASH IT FIRST. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY AND TIME IT CORRECTLY, OR YOU MAY BE SORRY. GOOD LUCK.

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

Dry. If your hair is wet when you add the color to your hair the hair won't be able to absorb the color as well.

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

dry, i"am coloring mine right now!

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

more than likely it should be dry i color mine all the time and everything i use your hair has to be dry

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

dry always dry!!!! never dye your hair wet as it will not absorb the colour and you will be wasting your time and your hair dye if it does not come out correctly .hope that helps.

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

I would recommend that you leave it dry because after you add the color you have to rinse it out. If your not sure about the color then do it wet so the color doesn't last as long.Have Fun!

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

Hi. I hope that I can be of some help to you this evening. I am a hairdresser and a lack of these simple rules are how most home coloring goes wrong. Yes, Your hair needs to be dry during any and all chemical usage. Your best results will also happen when you don't shampoo your hair the day of coloring. Not shampooing will allow your hair's cuticle to be at it's softest and have the most natural oils. Hope I have helped!

Should my hair be water or dry when I color it?

mostly all dyes are place on dry hair.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

i did too much chemical dyes .. rebonding .. perming and all to it.. the texture is really bad now.. are there any ways i can fix it permanently?!

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (Maybe 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

you need to do a couple of deep conditioning treatments and or hot oil reatments

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

put some mayonaise n rinse after 30 min or so it helps alot

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

Use shampoos and conditioners designed for Damaged/Treated hair. I recommend Treseme, Sunsilk, or Herbal Essence. If these do not work, consult your salon.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

Start with a good deep conditioner %26amp; go see a stylist. You need to determine the extent of damage done to your hair. Sometimes the best option is to cut it shorter and let the bad texture/ overprocessed hair grow out.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

well first thing you can do is wash it every day and make sure to use conditioner then DON'T blow dry it let it dry on its own

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

I have extremely dry, curly hair and I have to deal with frizz all the time. The miracle product for me was olive oil. You can find a great organic olive oil lotion in the african american section of your local Target or Wal-mart.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

Use Alberto VO5 hairdressing.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=...

http://www.amazon.com/Alberto-Hair-Dress...

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

i would say use nisim fast shampoo and conditioner because i permed my hair to and this stuff is good and it helps your hair grow

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

I hate to say it.... but if your hair is damaged due to too many chemical treatments, you will probably have to cut it off. Sometimes it's best to just start fresh.

If not, just be very gentle on your hair. No tight ponytails, braids, etc. Don't use the blow dryer or curling iron. Also, DONT wash your hair every day. You will be AMAZED at the difference in your hair if you start washing it every other day. My hairdresser recommended it for me and I LOVE my hair on the second day. It's so shiny and soft with no frizzes. And use a deep conditioning treatment.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

A generous oil application and massage is recommended before washing the hair. Frequent shampooing is harmful for dry hair. Sometimes lack of nutrients can also cause dry brittle hair. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement on a daily basis. Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

1)STOP DYING IT AND LEAVE IT ALONE!!

2)use the GREEN (only green the others make it hard) garnia shampoo and/or conditioner

3)wash with manayose(dont have to but makes it smooth)

4)dont die it any more if u want to have a profecional stylist do it

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

Use conditioner in your shower 2 times, before you shampoo and after then rinse it out, comb your hair out-don't brush it! I've heard of a hair treatment to get it all straight for six months, they use a special spray that permanently leaves your hair straight for 6 months. Or just straighten it everyday and condition it every day.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

Hummm, lets see here!!! I have the same trouble w/ my hair. I'd use moisterizer shampoo %26amp; conditioner by Dove or any other brand name, Hot Oil treatments for oily hair, and sometimes use a small amout of gel. That's what I do w/ my hair, and It may work w/ u'rs, try it and c!!! Good Luck!!!:%26gt;

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

You absolutely do NOT want to shampoo your hair every day, like one person above said. That will only further the dryness, and frizzyness.

Try Aveda's Damage Remedy line. It has a shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioning treatment that works wonders. It's pretty pricey.. but works amazingly.

HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

seems like u damaged ur hair, wash ur hair regularly with shampoo that suits ur hair, u can also use hair oil to moisturize both hair %26amp; scalp, here's a site u can view for list of hair care products....

If your hair is a little dry?

what shampoo or product should you use to make it really silky and soft ??

If your hair is a little dry?

I recently switched from Aveda Brilliant (which was great) to Aveda Damage Remedy (which I absolutely adore). It's a bit pricy, but I noticed a difference after one use. My hair was super-soft and shiny and looked great after I styled it. While Pantene feels great in the shower (it takes out those tangles), it doesn't hold up during styling (my hair still feels dry and frizzy...). I've also heard that it leaves a residue that makes it difficult for dye to "stick".

Soft water (or a water softener) also makes a big difference.

If your hair is a little dry?

Hair Mane N Tail shampoo and conditioner

If your hair is a little dry?

u should use pantene

it's a really good shampoo

or i also recommend garnier frutis

use any of the conditioners or shampoos then it'll be really silky!

hope that helps!

I got hair extenso done even then my hair's looking wavy, dry and limp.is there any way to make

tip ur head upside down and dry it upside down so instead of dryin it in sections u just lean over so all ur hair is in front of ur face then dry it u dnt need a brush till its nrly dry then u can flick ur hair back and style it

You can't really cure split ends... you have to get them cut/trimmed off. But you can help prevent them and help dry/damaged hair with Dove Advanced Care Sheer Moisture shampoo and conditioner. I use it and it's worked amazingly for my hair, and it smells good. =)

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

just cut the dead ends and use a hot oil treatment

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

Dry ends are caused due to inadequate moisture in hair.

You can try this and see if it works good for you.

1.Apply hot oil and massage every weekend before shampoo.

Apply egg white+olive oil and massage. It totally drives out the dry ends and gives your hair much needed shine and softness.

2.Use leave in moisturiser spary from DOVE. You can spray on your dry ends and comb it off before you go out. It helps to keep your hair nourished all day and prevents from drying out.

3.You can also try using garnier leave in conditioner, it also seals in the needed moisture to your hair.

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

Hi fatima - next time you go to Walmart or a drugstore buy you a plastic cap (or a box of them) Sleep in your favorite conditioner once a week. Preferably on the weekends when you don't have to get up early and wash it out. Also get a good trim. That is the best thing you can do. Your ends are dry because they need moisture. The conditioner will give them that and a good trim will cut off the dead split ends. Good luck!

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

Get it cut,but just the ends, truthfully? It`s the only way. You can spend money on split end menders but the only real way is to cut them, but in future invest in a decent salon brand shampoo %26amp; adopt a good conditioning regime to keep your hair in good condition, this will help to stop those ends from drying out .Good luck

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

well why don't you try washing your hair but when you put conditioner in put loads in the ends of your hair and if that doesn't work why don't you go get your hair cut (try and get smoothing shampoo and con or for dry hair hope this helps ) bye

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

best way is regular trims.

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

Go and get a hair trim and use conditioner, at your age I would use a mild one.

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

I think u should try doing this bcos it has worked for me

1.Apply hot oil and massage every weekend before shampoo.

Apply egg white+olive oil and massage. It totally drives out the dry ends and gives your hair much shine, lustre and softness.

2.Use leave in moisturiser spary from DOVE. You can spray on your dry ends and comb it off before you go out. It helps to keep your hair nourished all day and prevents from drying out.

3.You can also try using garnier leave in conditioner, it also seals in the needed moisture to your hair.

4.You can trim it if u want, its not a must.

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

get it trimmed and have it trimmed often.

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

Get your hair cut reguarly. Many people don't think it is good to have your hair cut because your hair doesn't grow but it is actually the best thing to do because it keeps your hair supr healthy. If you don't get your hair cut then you get split ends and then they snap off, and you hair actually ends up getting shorter!

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

invest in some serum, rub some in your hair when its wet. then add more when its dry if needed be. it will look nice and shiny and will hide the dryness. also get some leave in conditioners they will help repair the hair too. iv heard the new pantene pro v age renewal is good - it can mend up to 2 years worth of damage.

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

get your hair cut, a trim should do and also condition when you wash your hair. This will stop the dry ends and keep your hair looking healthy. your hair is probably lacking mositure and this is a sign you need to get more in it!

I would use this 1 minute wonder moisture by Andrew Colligne (i think that is how you spell the second name) it works really well from the first go!

Hi, how r u tody?is there a way which i can get rid of those dry ends from my hair? i am 12 yrs old?

O.k Im 12 too!If your hair is dry you have been in the sun way to long put your up in a ponytail and lift it up and stick it in a baseball cap or any type of hat Cut At Least 2 and 1/2 inches off the bottom of your hair and use very good conditioner like vive stuff in the pink bottles use the vive shampoo too. Or you can use Suave Shampoo and Conditioner OK like if your hair is Brown use the Brunette if blond use the blonds one they are all very good my hair very soft and i use vive and Suave so i Rec amend those two products .

Any home remedies for dry and slightly damaged hair?

Use a moisturizing shampoo condtioner and leave in creme. I reccomened Neutrogena Triple Moisture, shampoo conditioner and deep recovery hair mask. It nourishes and

revitalizes dry dull damaged hair to softer shinier healthier hair everytime you wash it, it might cost alot but it's worth it;

If you dye your hair alot, leave your hair alone and wait to dye it atleast 3 years later or so. Hair dye has terrible chemicals that kill dry/damage your hair.

Brush your hair before shampooing and conditioner so your hair won't be tangeled and managable.

Comb your hair about 20 times each side so your natural oils can fall into the rest of your hair for natural shine

Don't wash your hair everyday try 3 times a week, Washing hair everyday strips the natural oils of your hair into duller dry hair.

Discontinue to heat style your hair or your hair will end up more dry/damaged, wait till it's completely healthy and maybe heat style once a week.

Avoid combing hair while wet, gently use a wide tooth comb, hair is very vulnerable while wet and can break off easily.

Don't put your hair into pigtails, buns or ponytails while wet, that causes split ends, breakage and damage.

Deep condition twice a week to bring back moisture to your hair.

Trim your hair tips every 4-6 weeks to promote healthy hair grow and prevent split ends from happening.

While shampooing massage your scalp with your fingertips slowly, not with your nails, nails damage the scalp and nails tend to be dirty. it's not necessary to shampoo the ends, then rinse with warm water to open the hair cuticles.

While conditioner leave on for about 2-4 minutes so you can get great results then comb hair with wide tooth comb then rinse with very cold water to help seal the hair cuticles.

If you use gel/hairspray/moose stop using them. They damage and dry up your hair because of the alchohol it contains.

If you use heat appliaces (blowdryers, curling irons, hair straightener) use a heat protecter spray so it'll protect your hair from heat.

If your in the sun alot buy a cap or a hoodie to protect your hair from the sun, heat damages and drys out your hair.

Buy a leave-in-conditioner/leave-in conditioner/creme to moisturize your hair all day long and don't rinse.

After your out of the shower set your blowdryer on cool setting and blowdryer your hair for 2 minutes, this will help seal the hair cuticles for a smooth shiny surface.

While combing hair, comb it gentle to avoid breakage.

Any home remedies for dry and slightly damaged hair?

actually, gross as this sounds... i have heard that mayonnaise is a great moisturizer. Granted... it smells like sin, but its got oils in it that are good for your hair.

ALSO... just because i'm assuming this may be handy sometime, i've read that hand and body lotion can be used in the event that you ever run out of conditioner!

Any home remedies for dry and slightly damaged hair?

The oil or nothing recipe is good in source 1. But if you already have some deep conditioner, you could try out the tips in source 2.

Any home remedies for dry and slightly damaged hair?

to get shiny hair -

-boil 2 cups of water w/ the peel of 1 orange, finely chopped, remove from heat; cool for 30 minutes.

-blend the liquid in a blender on low until it forms a sauce. then add 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. apple-cider vinegar.

-add 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed. blend for 2 minutes until totally smooth. apply to damp hair; leave on for 20 minutes. rinse, shampoo, and condition.

i know it sounds difficult but its really worth it!

Any home remedies for dry and slightly damaged hair?

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

I have wavy hair that I occasionally straighten...it's looking dull it' doesn't help that I have highlights either....but I really want to know a product that makes it shiney and feel smooth...any suggestions beauty experts!

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

Be sure to wash your hair once a week with a clarifying shampoo, especially if you use a lot of product to straighten your hair. A creamy leave-in conditioner works better than mousse or gel. I have curly hair and use a leave-in conditioner with a little gel that doesn't have alcohol. My hair feels very soft. What also helps is to do a hot oil treatment once a week or every two weeks.

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

this sounds really dumb but wash it in dishwashing soap. Lemon. And don't use a hair straightner on it or an products for 24 hours and it'll look 10x healthier and shinier

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

try a silicone based shine spray such as got2b

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

The best shampoo and conditioner is Pantene. It always makes my hair feel great! Also, brush your hair when you get out of bed and before you go to sleep. Hope this helps!

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

use a really rich and creamy shampoo and conditioner, and then if that helps none or just a little, salons offer a really awesome gloss that they put in your hair. it doesn't change the color, just makes it really shiny.

I think the best shampoo and conditioner would be Pantene Ice Shine or Herbal Essences. All of their products can be found in places like Walmart and they all work really great!

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

Mix yogurt with any hair oil and appy it for a few hours. Shampoo and condition it. Do it once a week. It will help your hair feel soft and look shiny naturally.

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

I am not sure of your nationality so, if you are African American I like to use Pink Oil Moisturizing products, especially the sheen spray. Also be sure to always use conditioner after washing your hair.

If Caucasian then, my friend uses Pantene Pro-V and her hair is long, dark and silky and always has a shine to it.

I hope this helps you.

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

I use biosilk products. Kind of expensive but worth it.

What can I put in my hair to it's very dry looking?

shea butter

anyone know how to make my hair super shiny? dont suggest something unless uve used it. my hair has natural wave to it but its really frizzzy. i want it to be straight and shinny.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

You should use frizz control shampoo or you can use HERBAL ESSENCES ''NONE OF YOUR FRIZZNESS''! I use it and it helps my hair and my hair is like frizzy big time.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

put it in water,

but seriously use conditioner and then a straightener

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

blow dry!

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

try using african pride but whatever u do dont use dr.merical

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

If your hair is super dry (like mine), I sugest using a super extra amount of conditioner! It helps. I also use any kind of serum before I style it (flat-iron, hot-roll) to keep it anti-frized and shiney! Hope that helps!

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

don't shower and let your natural oils permeate thorugh your skullish area

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

do not use a hair dryer...let it dry natrually...If you do use protection spray for your hair. Use catwalk stuff...it is Really good...

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

OLIVE OIL! Try it! It really really works!!!! Just comb it through your wet hair and blowdry it with cold air!!!

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

use this product called Biotherm silk therapy, after you take a shower, put it in your hair, then blowdry it straight, and if it still isnt straight enough, you can iron over it. i always use that product and it helps ALOT. trust me.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

I use a daily leave in conditioner %26amp; i use a deep conditioner every time I wash my hair.

Avoid using heat often; I would let it air dry %26amp; then flat iron.

Also keep you ends trimmed; every 6-8 weeks you should have them cut.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

olive oil. i use this once a week for shiny hair and the dryness.

i fill the bathroom sink with water and about 4 caps of the olive oil(less for less hair, more for more hair) then just soak my hair in it until the hair is all wet and then i read a magazine for like 30 minutes then wash with shampoo.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

if you want it to be straight you could use anti frizz shampoos. They really work .just try different brands so you know which one is best for your hair.

if you got dry hair go to hair dressers and ask them for volume and shine squeeze bottle .It smells nice and it makes you hair really shinny.

hope this helps.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

shampoo it and then condition. leave the conditioner in for 3-5 min and then stick your help in ice cold water. this helps seal moisture in. for the extra shine, try using a shine serum or make a paste out of strawberries. i know, it sounds weird but try it. oh, and brush it a lot.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

my hair was like that to and i used pantian for two weeks and it wasnt frizzy any more but if you do use it dont use it for to long it will condition it to much and make it oily

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

go to a salon that carries aveda or bumble and bumble products. Inquire which is right for your problem.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

John Freida makes lots of products for frizz - they work pretty well. Check labels for specific products to decide what is best for your situation. I also really like Burt's Bees Avocado Hair Butter - you can use it as a pre-shampoo treatment, and also as a kind of "mousse". If you use it on dry hair, use just a little and rub it between your hands, then through your hair. Use too much and it might look greasy.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

Tip # 1: Keep away from the fire. lol

Tip # 2: Condition after shampooing. Apply Hydra-Seal by Matrix. Then, use a good John Frieda anti-frizz serum product.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

try sitting under a dryer with a conditioner(Nexxus has a good line of products) with lots of moister, also try cutting your split ends. you will have instant results

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

once a month i go to a salon to get an IDA hair mask. it makes my hair super soft! also, shampoo every day, but only condition every-other day so it doesn't dry out...and my hair gets frizzy sometimes too, so instead of towling it dry after i shower, i scrunch it dry with paper towels.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

You can put mayonaisse in your hair for 15-20 min. before showering that makes your hair healthy and shiny. You can also use frizz-ease products and get your split ends cutten off that will help with the frizziness.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

First of all... don't use heat on it...try not using a hair straightner or even blow dryer if you can help it...because although these techniques may make it look great at first slowly but surely it will dry out your hair and put it in a bad condition. What I do is after washing and towel drying my hair, I massage my scalp with aloe-vera gel for 10-15 minutes. This makes the condition of your scalp and hair sooo much better. It also gives your hair a natural shine and silkiness. Try it out, you can get aloe-vera gel at a CVS or other drugstore.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

My hair is just like yours. What I do is first use the two in one hair shampoo. Then, blow dry it dry. Then, I straighten it with a straightener. After straightening, I use this serum that's available at the hair salon, just ask for it. Let it hold in overnight and then the following morning just spray a little Dove hairspray. It make your hair look silky straight and healthy. It won't damage your hair and it really works.

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

plz dont use chemical shampoo use herbal shampoo

maintain ur diet properly

HAIR TIPS mine is super dry!?

conditioner and my frnd says she used shikakai but i did not like it

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

Any suggestions for a good treatment anything that will help put some moisture in my hair??

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

use Dark and Lovely's Shea butter pomade to steam your hair,if you have access to raw shea butter, that will be just perfect, add to and egg put on hair and wrap in a hot towel for about an hour. rinse out with water, style as desired.

do this every other week.

u will need to melt the shea butter and let it cool down, just so it will be liquid enough to mix with the egg.

good luck

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

olive oil

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

My next doors neighor little girl is African American and has the same problem she use this stuff called Pink lotion and it makes her hair so soft and smell really good. Hope this helps

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

It is especially important to moisturize your hair during the summer seasons because the sun can make your hair even drier!

Organic root stimulator is a brand that has a lot of olive oil hair lotion products you can use. Olive oil based hair products are good for the hair and it also can be found at any local drug store or Walmart.

For more reviews and tips for all women of color you can visit www.palacinka.com.

Good luck!

Another thing I have found a lifesaver is Soft %26amp; Beautiful's Botanicals Oil spray which makes your hair so smooth, manageable and healthy.

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

Use Motions CPR as a deep conditioner or Hair Mayonaisse. Try a limit the use of curling irons, or flat irons, because they will dry your hair out more, try using styles with rollers or something that you won't need to curl you hair every day. For daily moisture, I like the Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil moisturizer.

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

Water is the ultimate moisturizer. However water has the tendency to evaporate. That is why it's important for African Americans to use oils ( olive oil, jojoba oil, Castor oil are some examples) or Shea butter to lock in the moisture. Oil on dry hair doesn't moisturize the hair it only lubricates it.

You can give yourself a deep condition with any conditioner. You can put the conditioner on your just washed hair, put a shower cap over it and sit under the dryer for about 10 minutes. I also like to add olive oil to my conditioner. Try it. You'll feel a difference.

African American has a tendency to be dry anyway because the sebum we produce doesn't always make it's way down to the hair shaft because our hair grows out tightly coiled.

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

Try using Some moustrizing Hair shampoo Creme Of Nature or Tresemme then after you wash put some LA=Long Aid K7 Extra Light Oil Moisturizer It works really well i use to use it but i use something else but this stuff works GOOD!!!

I am African American my hair is so so so dry lately?

wash it and condition it with some really good conditioner. leave the conditioner it your hair for about 40min and put a plastic shower cap on your head so conditioner can get heated up and this should make it soft and not so dry. do this everytime you wash your hair.

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

Also, do u know any products i could use that work, that get frizz to go away or to straighten hair?

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

Go to a salon and see about getting it relaxed (for the long term).

If you just want to do it for a day or week, then get one of those hair dryers with a brush attachment. This is what I use for my naturally curly hair.

If your hair is really curly, use a straight iron and anti-frizz serum to polish.

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

the best way is to use an iron bc blow drying will make it straighter but not completly straight. some really good ones are not that expensive! just go to walmart or target or something.

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

Use a round brush and pull it really tight while blowdrying from above.

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

use a round brush but it's not easy to do it yourself

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

well i got really really really like REALLY curly hair and my hiar comes out straight all the time

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

Pull straight down with the brush and point the dryer down in the direction of the hair. And don't lift the hair straight up to blow dry the bottom cuz then it will puff out.

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

Sunsilk is a good product for curly hair to tame frizz. It doesn't straighten it, but it makes you get really pretty bed hair.

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

well i have no idea but u should just get a hot curly iron one time i saw on tv that this curly iron was so amazing it keeeps ur hair straigh forever but i dont think its on tv anymore but that curly iron was amazing trust me or just go to a hair store or go to Jcpenney and they have this beauty store and they sell awesome straight hairs irons and there not that expensice or just go to any store and look for the best straigh hot iron like the best variety but u should go to Jcpenney its amazing or just use some straigh hair shampoos i found one shampoo that keeps ur hair straight even though u have curly hair but it works but i forgot the name just use garnier fructise it kind of hlpes k well good luck hope i helped u =) :~)

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

use an anti frizz shampoo and/or conditioner

go to a beauty supplies store and by CHI silk infusion follow the directions (its gray and red)

its a little expensive but it works like crazy

air or blow dry your hair (you might want to allow time to air dry because if you straighten it thats a lot of heat and could damage)

buy a hair straigtener (maybe at a salon) with real ceramic plates

you should be great

If you have really curly hair, how do u blow dry it out to make it straight with out a hot iron.?

try using serum it works really well

when u dry your hair, dry it from the roots and then brush/dry it down. it takes less time and it makes it straight

How can I get my hair not so frizzy and dry?

I have been highlighting it and every time i do it gets dry and frizzy but nothing works and i dont have the money to go buy an expensive treatment.

How can I get my hair not so frizzy and dry?

What to do...

You need to give your hair lots of TLC, with product that are designed to restore your hair閳ユ獨 moisture level to its optimum 8%. Look for shampoos that contain natural humectants (magnet like properties to attract moisture), that will work together will your natural oils, to restore your hair閳ユ獨 moisture level to its optimum 8%. Treatment conditioners that contain wheat, rice or corn proteins will repair damaged cuticles, improve porosity, elasticity and general health and appearance of your hair.

Those of us with naturally curly, wavy or frizzy hair, or those of us who chemically treat our hair. Will need to give our hair extra nurturing by supplying our hair with the necessary nutrition and moisture that it needs. Chemical treatments (I.e. perms, hair dyes or bleaches.), will deplete the hair of moisture. bringing the hair moisture level own to as low as 2%. When this occurs you will start to notice split ends. If these are not repaired forthwith and the moisture level not restored to 8%, Your split ends will turn to breakage. This obviously needs to be avoided at all costs. Those of us who live in hot, sunny or arid climates; need to make sure that our hair care product contain sunscreens to protect our hair from the damaging affects of the UV rays. If not the same thing will happen as to those of use that use chemicals on our hair.

Summary... Our hair needs MOISTURE, MOISTURE, and MOISTURE! Who needs to add moisture more than most? People with naturally curly hair, chemically treated hair or people who live in hot sunny climates.

How can I get my hair not so frizzy and dry?

i put highlights in my hair all the time too. when i wash my hair i part it and put oil on my scalp than wrap it and tie it up and let it air dry use a silk scarf and it will be straight and the oil will make it shine and not be dry.

How can I get my hair not so frizzy and dry?

Gariner Sleek and Shine! It really works. And you have to condition your hair twice as much. Because coloring really dries out the hair. especially if you have a relaxer. Use a cholesterol conditioner with a heating cap or a conditoning cap and towel wrapped around that. I even sleep in the conditoner and rinse it in the morning. Conditioning is one of the key factors in maintaining frizz. U can also try Garnier for curly frizzy hair. It just came out.

How can I get my hair not so frizzy and dry?

I am asian and have damaged, dried hair. What do I do?

I have dyed it several times when I was young. I haven't touched my hair in a long time save for a couple of months ago when I went to a salon to have blonde highlights.

My hair feels dry and damaged. I've been using Fructis shampoo and conditioner, but they're not too effective - either because of the product itself or the fact that my water is 'hard water'.

I'd love to hear suggestions on how to repair my hair, all is welcome! Thanks =)

I am asian and have damaged, dried hair. What do I do?

ohh.. hard water and excessive colouring your hair can really harm your hair! please try using good water to wash your hair!! try this .. it works for everyone! oil your hair.. use olive oil, coconut oil.. or mustard oil.. and leave the oil in our hair overnight!! make sure you cover your hair strands in oil and sleep..( without the shower cap on!!) wash your hair normally in the morning! this has to work!

Most of the reasons for dry hair come from external factors, such as:

閳?sun damage

閳?over use of styling aids

閳?colouring and perming.

Dry hair is mostly caused by the sebaceous glands producing too little oil. A low oil secretion reduces the natural protection of the hair and moisture content.

Also, if you have been ill and prescribed medication the hair can become damaged and dry.

Dry hair does not need washing as often as normal or greasy hair. Once or twice a week is all you'll need to keep it clean and cleanse your scalp.

Choose a nourishing shampoo for dry hair. It'll help protect it without stripping it of any natural oils.

Condition your hair regularly with an intensive treatment to prevent further damage and lock in the moisture you might have lost due to all that hair styling.

If you can bear it, let your hair dry naturally to give it a rest from all those heated appliances. Also a regular trim will get rid of any split ends and keep it looking good.

Burt's bees makes a great hair masque with avacado. Just use it once and week and it makes a difference. You can also try hot oil treatment and get your hair trimmed to get rid of the dry and split ends. Also try not to use the blow dryers or curling/straightening iron too often.

I am asian and have damaged, dried hair. What do I do?

Dry Hair Care Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons Corn Oil

Directions:

Add the corn oil to your regular conditioner, rinse out as you normally would.

TIP: To avoid having dry brittle hair, avoid using hot curling irons or blow dryers, bleaching and perming, and hair dyes....use safe alternatives instead such as natural dyes like hennas. Sometimes lacking nutrients can also cause dry brittle hair. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement on a daily basis.

Also Rosemary: Enhances dark hair so try: Rosemary essential oil * and Carrier oil (sweet almond or olive oil) slightly warmed

Add 2-5 drops of rosemary essential oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil of your choice, blend well. Work the oils through dampened hair and massage the scalp. Wrap your head in a warm towel and leave on for 45 minutes to deep condition the hair. Wash out and rinse with cool water. Keep out of eyes.

Ingredients can be found at any health food store.

Shave your head and start over. This time take good care of your hair-- unless you find you like the Bald Look.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

of course to dry the hair, but can it just air dry? i'm growing my hair now its only 3 1/2 inches, and when ever i blow dry it goes to puff...

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

To dry your hair before sleep so u don't get cooties! Air dry is better!

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

I have really curly hair.. I blow dry it straight with a big round brush

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

so your hair dry's umm FASTER, so you don't look like a dump when your out and about

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

if you put a little gel in your hair it won't puff out as much when you blow dry.

for those of us with long hair, the hair dryer saves us an hour or more in the morning!

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

Maybe you should use some product to help style your hair so that it doesn't get all frizzy or puffy.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

If you had really long hair, it would take a long time to dry. I live in the northern US, and if I don't dry my hair during the winter it will form little icicles when I go outside.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

If you put a brush through your hair while blowdrying, it will straighten your hair, unless your hair is ridiculously curly of course. Plus it gets your hair drier, quicker than air drying.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

You are so funny, thanks for making me laugh...

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

it dries faster and it is easier to style for some.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

You can blow it dry much faster than it can air dry, especially if you have long, thick hair. My hair seems more manageable and styles better if I dry it.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

The purpose is to make your hair dry faster. If you are in a rush to go somewhere, and you don't have time to air dry your hair, then you blow dry it. If your hair gets puffy when you blow dry it then put some hair product in your hair first, so that it won't be puffy.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

Well, I'm a girl and I blow dry my hair because if I don't it takes hours and hours to dry by my self (yeah, I have alot of hair...its long and thick). And the reason your hair goes puff (lol) is because blow drying your hair gives it body. If you want, putting gel in it while its still wet and then blow drying it will minimize the "puff"....good luck!

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

I dont blow dry my hair cause heat drying I find takes all the oil out and makes it to hot and with hair as long as mine it would take forever anyway

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

to make you feel light and maintain your hair clean. Because if it is wet the more dusts will stick on it or any flying minute air particles may stick to your coz its wet and may damage your scalp as well as your hair. Blower also help your hair get the style you want.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

bcuz when your hair is wet, it tends to get dirty faster bcuz it atrracts bacteria. the same reason why we dry our hands

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

Girls usually use blow-dryers

a.) so they don't have to wait for it to air-dry, and

b.) because the hair-dryer helps straighten it.

Plus, most females like to straighten their hair in the morning, and want extra time to get that done and not have to wait for their hair to dry on its own. And your hair needs to be COMPLETELY dry before you use a flat-iron on it.

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

Ususally When you blow dry it properly it becomes soft and not frizzy but for me my hair becomes like afro without drying

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

do it to make ur hair dry faster and to make ur hair straight

duh

First Frizz And Then Dry Ends,Split Ends And Hair Loss!?

When i get out of the shower my hairs frizzy so i HAVE to straighten it so then i get breakage, split ends....And my hairs all over the place! Its v.unmanageable!

Does anyone have tips for;

Frizz

Breakage

Split ends-Not the obvious stop straightening, or trim it etc.

I've tired shampoo for frizz and hasn't helped.

So please give me some tips...not obvious ones..Some that actually work.

First Frizz And Then Dry Ends,Split Ends And Hair Loss!?

Use pravana hydrating shampoo and condtioner if you must straighten your hair use pravanas straightening creme its fabulous. Also they have a wonderful hydrating and shine spray. Dont wash your hair everyday.

First Frizz And Then Dry Ends,Split Ends And Hair Loss!?

this is AN EASY ONE at most salons there is a section where you can get products just buy frizz control stuff and if that doesnt work use veet frizz control and if that fails simply ask your hair stylist what you should do get advice from a professianal

First Frizz And Then Dry Ends,Split Ends And Hair Loss!?

well for the frizz...a serum may work. my hair is extremely curly and kinda kinky, and its really thick and volumnous, so the serum isnt strong enough for me. i used to try the garnier sleek and shine i heard that other people have liked it also, but their hair isnt like mine....so it doesnt work me. if u have medium hair or thick hair, it might work for you...no offense, but most white people when they say they have thick hair, it usually doesnt look as thick as someone elses who really is thick. other people on here say they like john frieda frizzease, but they test on animals. so whatever. also for the frizz, try a good leave in conditioner. if u have thin hair, then u need to get a light leave i conditioner, like a spray thats liquid. beyond the zone had one at sallys for battered and abused hair. if u need a heavy leave in conditioner, theres a beyond the zone, called the split mender, and its a cream. and it works good. i jsut got it yesterday. and it makes my hair REALLY soft!!!!!

for the breakage, mmake sure to really condition the ends of your hair. if they are still dry, then you HAVE to cut it. i know u said u ddnt wanna trim, but u need it. theres this thing, called Biolustre it costs 80 dollars, and its supposed to repair hair. i think it might actually work, for hair, the more expensive, usually the better. if u can't get that, there was something from ION, its caled the 3 step emergency repair kit. its like 6 or 7 dollars. you should try it. also, dont shampoo ur hair everyday. the shampoo strips the hair. so when u straighten it, the straightener also sucks moisture out of the hair. so ur hair starts to break cuz it has no moisture. if you can, dont wash ur hair everyday at all. try doing it only 2 times a week. if u have oily hair, then when you straighten your hair, try not to wash it for 2 days..and ur hair should get used to it and wont produce that much oil.

split ends...i had this problem just last wek. while i was straightening my hair, i trimmed my hair myself. and it looks ALOT better and feels alot better too. i had to get 3 inches cutu off my hair a month ago, now its up to my shoulders, when straight and above it when curly. i HATED the lengthbut i was so happy when i finally had healthy hair....so you will just have to cut them little by little as your hair grows so that way u wont lose much length. and keep conditioning the ends,

hairloss, well you may just have thinnning hair. did u dye it or color it? if so that may be it so u will have to stop. if u havent, then you may have been straightening so much...straighteners do that. if someone straightened their hair today, and did it everyday for a year, next year they would come back and look like they lost half their hair. the heat thins out the hair...so tr to stay away from the heat a bit. yes it calms the frizz, but frizz only comes from non-healthy hair, and static, and split ends. if u dont have any of those things, then theres no reason for frizz...but u do, so no shampoo or conditioner for frizz will help, frizz also comes from dry hair. so get a hydrating shampoo...i would recommened one for the Designline. theres a moisturizing one, and a hydrating one. get the hydrating one, its for damaged hair. and then when ur hair is halthy again, use the moisturizing one....and keep trimming ur hair little by little.

i hope i helped.

First Frizz And Then Dry Ends,Split Ends And Hair Loss!?

try these products..

-john frieda: i always use john frieda, the "brilliant brunett" products.. they are amazing and smell great! located at wal-mart, and target..some other local stores i'm sure..but take my word for it they work wonders! i have frizzy hair, and i straighten my hair daily..and my hair looks soft and silky and feels soft and silky! because i use the "frizz-ease" products and shine serums (don't worry about the serum making your hair more oily it doesn't!! i know because my hair is oily natrually but with theses products it makes my hair healthy shiny and not gross or greasy!)

i wouldn't recomend using the shampoo's and conditioner though..those only make your hair smell good .. thats why for shampoo and conditioner i use aussie!

-aussie: actually i mostly just use the aussies conditioner, because it's so full of healthy nutrients, and has minerals from australia that can't be found in other hair products.. i know it may not sound very professional.. but aussie is amazing! just use there softining conditioner, the deep healing one, or the one for dry-brittle- and damaged hair.. i started using the dry-britlle-and damaged conditioner..then moved to soft and silky.. it really works! the shampoo works too.. but i use the tresemme "split ends" shampoo.. i'm not sure the exact name, but it protects your hair and repairs slipt ends.. you can feel the difference in your hair when you use tresemme than another product, my hair feels thicker, because my hair strands are stonger..

DO NOT use fructis..products..they only work really well on thin of fine hair..i have gone through so many products! but i will awlays stick with aussie and john frieda.. and my one tresemme shampoo!

you don't have to use the SAME products! it actually works better to use a different shampoo and conditioner...

as i said before i straighten my hair almost everyday.. and my hair is very thick, and frizzy..

so it's amazing my ends arnt' dead..thanks to my wonderful hair products!!

maybe before you start to "revive" your hair..a little trim would help..because then your hair could grow faster..with broken ends you hair takes a longer time to grow..

also a frizz tip.. wash your hair with luke-warm to cold water.. hot water tends to make your hair even MORE frizzy than your hair actually is... and when drying.. if you towel dry..DO NOT rub you hair..it breaks your hair apart and CAUSES MORE FRIZZ... you either have to blow dry, hair dry, or PAT dry with a towel..like take all of your ends and squeeze the towel and your hair together so the towel can soak up all the water.. don NOT rub.. okay? it's not healthy for your brittle hair..you trying to heal your hair right now.. so be very gentle with it..

ALSO one last thing that will help..BEFORE straiting your hair..put some kind of protection in your hair.. anything really all the products works really but my favorite is "sexy silky hair" it's in a white/clear and purple bottle..i'm not sure the brand..but thats just what i use.. but you MUST have some kind of heat protection..rember steam and humidity heat cause frizz.... and straight iron and blow dryer heat cause breakage and damamge..you need to protect your hair...

your hair needs some serisous care! i was once at your spot a couple years back i kept trying and trying i just randomly used aussie and john frieda..they work like a charm... good lick girl!!!

First Frizz And Then Dry Ends,Split Ends And Hair Loss!?

my hair does the same thing to. i normaly get my hair relaxed. i use Olive Oil. that really helps my hair. if you have really course hair use the extra strength. if you dont use the relaxer then just use the shampoo and conditioner. it helps your hair and provents frizz, breakage split ends and hair loss

First Frizz And Then Dry Ends,Split Ends And Hair Loss!?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

But for breakage: It's a little nasty: mix 3 whole eggs, honey and one packet of gelatine (unflavored) as gelentine contains keratine and will rebond ur hair.

Mix well and apply as a hair mask.

Leave on for 25 min. Rinse well

Whats the best moisterizer for 360 waves during the day or at work or when hair is looking dry?

If you need something for on-the-go, to take with you, try BioSilk or Paul Mitchell Super Skinny or Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops. BioSilk and Super Skinny come in travel sizes. I havn't seen the Gloss Drops in travel size, but the container is not THAT big if you left it in your car maybe.

Whats the best moisterizer for 360 waves during the day or at work or when hair is looking dry?

Try Luster's Pink Oil Moisturizing Lotion or Doo Gro Thickening Lotion or use your wave grease.

Whats the best moisterizer for 360 waves during the day or at work or when hair is looking dry?

What's the purpose of blow drying hair?

do it to make ur hair dry faster and to make ur hair straight

duh

Help! I have highlighted hair, oily roots but very dry strands...I am looking for a decent shampoo?

I have tried Matrix, Fructis, Kerms...not that good! I was wondering if anyone knows if the RedKen Shampoo for colored hair is good? What about Aveda? Which one do you recommend?

Help! I have highlighted hair, oily roots but very dry strands...I am looking for a decent shampoo?

What you need to do is get a deep conditioning treatment (Redken makes a few good ones) and use it a few times a week until your hair is healthier. Try not to use a lot of heating implements as well.

Having oil-prone hair is kind of a pain. Usually its caused by over-processing (coloring or bleaching) the hair, as well as frequent washing.

Truthfully, washing your hair daily is NOT good for it. The detergents in shampoos work to strip your hair of it's natural oils, which can lead to more fried, damaged hair.

If you really cant go a day without washing your hair, then a good trick to use is baby powder. Sprinkle it on your roots, then blowdry/brush it out. The powder absorbs the oil completely and gives you lots of body as well.

Help! I have highlighted hair, oily roots but very dry strands...I am looking for a decent shampoo?

Dont even bother shave that sh*t off!!!

Help! I have highlighted hair, oily roots but very dry strands...I am looking for a decent shampoo?

Aveda is a amazing. It's a little more pricey but definetly worth it. It sounds like I have the same type of hair as you and Aveda's all I use.

Help! I have highlighted hair, oily roots but very dry strands...I am looking for a decent shampoo?

Redken is a fantastic product, value for money.. its actually a shampoo and conditioner that does what it says it will do.. I recommend AllSoft, its not to heavy on the hair and wont make your roots oily... Its a great product, give it a try. And also do a treatment with AllSoft heavy Cream, this will make your hair super soft and healthy.. Good luck.

Help! I have highlighted hair, oily roots but very dry strands...I am looking for a decent shampoo?

I would definitely go with Aveda. Their products are a little bit more costly than your average salon products, but it is definitely worth it. I would visit a local spa/salon that sells the Aveda products, and ask for some samples. That way you could try before you buy and see if it works for you. Also, after you wash your hair apply a color safe conditioner to the strands only for moisturization purposes. Good Luck!

Help! I have highlighted hair, oily roots but very dry strands...I am looking for a decent shampoo?

I have the same type of hair. I use pureology ( i beleive only sold in salons). It's the conditioning shampoo and the hydrating conditioner. Expensive but worth it!

I've tried all the shampoos that you listed but didn't like the results. Good luck!

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

Use a moisturising shampoo and conditioner, use a leave in conditioner, get a trim every 10 to 12 weeks, keep it tied up as much as you can until the damaged parts grow out, don't rub it dry with a towel (squeeze gently with a towel only), be gentle when you brush it, dont bleach or lighten it, avoid blowdrying. It will take a long time but eventually the damaged parts will grow out and what comes in will be healthy.

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

Get it relaxed. Just ask for that at the salon. My friend got it and it looks great.

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

get a deep conditioning treatment. get a hair cut to thin out all the bulk. use a moisturizing conditioner mostly on the ends of your hair, that will keep volume but help mange the curl. and use a curl activating cream with an anti- frizz serum and scrunch into your hair when damp

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

Getting damaged hair relaxed would only add to the problem. First work on getting it healthy. 1. Get ends trim. 2. Conditioner treatments ( moisturizer). Once healthy then look into getting relaxed.

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

the shampoo called Sunsilk works really well. Just make sure u get it for ur type of hair. hope it works!

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

moisture! try pantene pro-v hydrating curls shampoo, conditioner, mask, and gel

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

if you have a sally beauty store near by get loreal natures therapy its abt 16oz and around 13 bucks use it once or twice a week leave it on for abt 20 to 30 mins with a hair twist and put a shower cap on.. you'll see the difference in a few weeks.. I also use a ceramic straightener so my hair doesnt look as dry or damaged... but if you deep condition religiously you'll see the results...

Tips for dry, damaged,thick,curly,hair.?

i have thick curly hair and when it gets damaged and dry ,deep conditioning works and keep straighteners and gel out of it that makes it worst.

keep it well moisturized and wrap it a night with a scarf or something

I have dry,frizzy,dyed,wavy,hair.I need a new look.I've had this look 4ever.?

try a paul mitchele hair dresser ask to have the shines put on your hair HUGE NEW LOOK w/ little to no damage

I have dry,frizzy,dyed,wavy,hair.I need a new look.I've had this look 4ever.?

Get a perm.

I have dry,frizzy,dyed,wavy,hair.I need a new look.I've had this look 4ever.?

Condition your hair really well and buy a relaxer and a ceramic straightener. Try wearing your hair all straight!

I have dry,frizzy,dyed,wavy,hair.I need a new look.I've had this look 4ever.?

wow sound like my hair was olny not dyed!! If you want to go for a new look thats straigher go in and try a relaxer. Its like a perm only it gose straight. I have really thick and bush and curly hair and it helped so much. Now because its not as frizzy its softer. Also i dont know if this would helf but its kinda expenisve and i dont belive you need it but the proudcts are called sleek.look by matrix and its suppose to be a smoothing system. For both depends if its on sale or not but ind. are 22.95. i dont think you really need it though. and relaxer at fanticse sams(cant spell it) is not that much i belive..i dont remember how much it costed me. Its easy to take care of and you dont really need to use a straighterner on it so you dont end up damaning your hair and it last i think 3-4mts. i just got it this month and everyone loves my hair. I think you would like it to if your hair has been like that and you want straigher.

I have dry,frizzy,dyed,wavy,hair.I need a new look.I've had this look 4ever.?

First get a good deep conditioning treatment. Ask your stylist. They are trained to know whether you need to cut off the damaged parts or whether it can be saved with some TLC. Try looking in some hairstyle books and find some you like, Then ask your stylist if he/she things they will look good on you.

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

Hi guys,

I have very dry hair and there is dandruff, I am very upset please guide me what shampoo will reduce dryness and dandruff?

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

head and shoulders, but it sounds like you wash your hair a lot. most shampoos are made to remove oils from your hair and oils are what give your hair shine and keeps your scalp from drying out. wash your hair every other day and use a good conditioner like garnier fructis. only use head and shoulders once a week and you hair will be dandruff free and shiny.

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

You should try "Head and Shoulders." It works really good with people that have dandruff and dry hair.

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

tea tree oil shampoo, the organic kind, its all natural

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

Hi Mr AZF,

i know what its like wanting to be dandruff free.try nizoral shampoo u can purchased with a prescription over the counter at pharmacies.head n shoulders works great too .changed ur brand of shampoo every 2 to 3 mths as it will tend to be immune to the same type over long periods.

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

I agree with the others that Head and Shoulders will help with the dandruff. I would also suggest getting a moisturizing shampoo. Dove moisturizing is one that I prefer that is cheap enough to use every day. Sometimes I use a more costly conditioner, such as Joico's KPAK, because my hair is naturally very dry.

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

go a nd have your thyroid checked.....

My hairs are very dry and there is dandruff what shampoo is best for me?

you should first use sulfur shampoo, you can get it at any hair store, then use a Redken shampoo and a Redken conditioner to restore the moisture in your hair. It works for me. I've tried Head n shoulders, nutrogena, tea tree oil, Nizoral, and this is the only thing that works for me. Also use a leave in conditioner after you finish wash your hair. You'll see a difference. Once every 2 weeks get a protein treatment at your local stylist or you can use V05'S deep conditioning treatment ( the 10 minute one come with a deep conditioning cap) and you will see results.

Im growing my hair, the back is really dry and feels like straw especially touching my neck.?

The rest of my hair has weight to it and seems to be fine. I don't know what to do, it almost feels like straw. What can I do? Can it be fixed???

Im growing my hair, the back is really dry and feels like straw especially touching my neck.?

yes it can be fixed with time and care

eat lots of nuts, use a lot of olive oil in your diet, and garlic

Im growing my hair, the back is really dry and feels like straw especially touching my neck.?

Sometimes dry, brittle patches in your hair appear when you aren't getting a good balanced diet. My friend starved herself and that happened to her hair. Eat lots of veggies and foods with vitamins and protein. Fish oil is also great for your hair (when you EAT it, not putting it on your hair, ew). You can also take a vitamin supplement that is good for your hair. You can find a vitamin supplement for your hair at a regular drugstore.

Also, you can use a conditioner/hot oil treatment on your hair, or a hair mask. If this doesn't help, talk to the person who cuts your hair. I hope this helps.

Im growing my hair, the back is really dry and feels like straw especially touching my neck.?

If you can afford it try Tenegra repair treatment at your hairdressing salon.

Im growing my hair, the back is really dry and feels like straw especially touching my neck.?

I think it depends on your age.....which you didn't mention. I used to have long beautiful hair...past my butt....but today I like to keep it short because mine just gets frizzy and yucky. It won't curl or fix right either with the "little" (LOL) bit of grey I have coming in either. That's why little old ladies always get perms....you can't do anything with old hair. Or you have to color your hair to make it better. Just a thought.

Im growing my hair, the back is really dry and feels like straw especially touching my neck.?

When it comes to having beautiful, full hair my best answer would be henna. Make sure you don't use lemon or lime juice in your recipe when you make the henna as they can cause your hair to break if it's already weak. Rain water is usually acidic enough to get a nice colour out of the henna as well and won't harm your hair further. Try using the henna as often as you can it should thicken your hair and keep it healthy. If you don't want the red of the henna you may want to look for "neutral" or "colourless" henna. It will do as nice a job for your hair but without the colour. With the neutral henna you just have to mix it with tap water, this should be used as often as possible. If there are any skin problems on your scalp the henna or neutral henna will both help fight it. The last idea I have would be to take coconut oil and massage your head with it every night. Make sure when you're washing out the oil you're using a gentle shampoo, even better a henna shampoo. I wish you luck.
