Is blow drying hair bad for hair?

As title, everyday I bath 3 times, each time after bathing, I use hair dryer to dry my hair, I just wondering is this bad for my hair? I scare I will suffer from balding.

P/S: I'm male and I want reliable informations, so if you don't know, please don't reply just to get points.

and pluss heattt or hot things hot water cuases hair loss! and ur a guy! guys have more chances or weak hair .. more than women!

first off its not good for your hair to be washed everyday, only 3-4 times a week, and yes blow dring is bad it can cause split ends, I dont know about making it fall out though and alot of product (if you use it) is not good either!

but if your going somewhere then blow dry it

but try not to more than once every few days

I think you should be more concerned about the fact you bathe 3 times a day, than worrying about the blow dryer damaging your hair, sounds like you got OCD. . .If you must do it, always keep moisturizer on your hair, it will help it from drying out.
