This should help her hair, and like 2-3 times weekly do a deep conditoning or use hot oil.

Natural curl has a tendency to be on the dry side any way. A good moisturizing conditioner will help. I would suggest a product by "Nexxus", "Kerphix, use about every other day after shampooing.

Well first of all, is she mixed races? If so, steer toward the African American haircare line. It should be conditioned daily. If not, and it is just frizzy and dry, you can a) go cheap, but still good, and buy Cholesterol-conditioner in a big jar, (found at walmart) and use this as a daily or bi-weekly conditioner. Also you can put it in her hair, or any other thick conditioner, and leave it in over night, she will wake up with soft hair. B) Redkin all soft line is Fabulous, if you want to buy at the mall.

For frizzies, she's 5, give her a break. But if it's pictures or church, try to find a cream that doesn't contain alcohol.
