there kind of isn't a way to fix thick and frizzy hair by washing. You should search beauty tips online and I know you'll find what you need to know.

I once heard though that if you rinse your hair with cold water it should be more shiny after it dries.

good luck

When you're done washing and thoroughly rinsing your hair, use any good quality conditioner. Beyond that, your best bet for shinny hair is to take a daily vitamin suppliment with emphasis on vitamin B complex. I reccomend putting nutritional yeast (any good healthfood store) into your food.

I have got an answer for you! I go this hair book so I know it is true because I have tried it. If you wash your hair with cold water it will make you hair lay flatter and shinier this also works if you dry your hair on the cool setting. I`m not sure why it works like that but it has something to do with the cuticle of the hair. I hoped this help. This should work.

I read in SEVENTEEN magazine that if you put Shampoo in dry hair and let it sit for a few hours, then wash it out, it will make your hair softer and "shiney-er" I havent tried it yet, but you have nothing to lose! Best of luck
