i think that air drying it naturally would be better but using the cool setting wouldn't hurt you hair either but you do have to watch out for heat damage

air drying is better - dulls hair less. obviously you're sacrificing volume by foregoing the blowdryer though.

Air Dry is Better but a proper conditioner is need hair can become more brittle with air so be careful if your hair is on the weak side i would use light heat it will dry faster and make sure you use some type of pre-conditioning treatment or leave in on your hair and treat it a least once per week with constant heat use.

air drying is better because when you blow dry, it will dry out your hair to much and leave no moisture for your hair. But make sure that there are no left over water in your hair because that is a cause of white hair. So air dry your hair! :D

It depends on what you are doing to it afterwards. My hair stylist says that if you are going to flat iron it afterwards or want it straight, definitely blow dry it before ! This is because it smooths out the hair cuticle so that it is straightened out and that way when you go to straighten it you aren't just pressing your hair together. I've noticed a difference. When I air dried my hair and then straightened it is was never really all that straight. But when you blow dry it , it is pin straight and silky smooth! It doesn't matter which setting you use. Just make sure you use a heat protector before you style your hair with heated products so it protects your hair !

If you just want your hair curly or not straight then don't worry about blow drying !

Hope I helped :)
