Go to the pet aisle at your local Walmart, pick up a horse (yes for horses) shampoo %26amp; conditioner called "Mane %26amp; Tail", it works great! Just follow directions. Do not rinse out the conditioner. I know this will sound strange, but semen is 100% protein. No, I am not kidding. Some models buy it by the ounce for ALOT of money!! You can get it for free!! :)

Eat seaweed also known as "nori" in japanese. the stuff used to wrap a sushi roll and what not. Seaweed will regenerate your hair and fingernails amazingly. I've been eating it all my life and i cant tell you how great my nail and hair are. seriously go eat a lot of sushi for 5 months.
