Please tell me how to get rid of dry hairs?

I asked but nobody told me about dry hairs, Actually my hair were not dry in past but now if I dont apply oil after bath then all hairs go out of control and rough please tell me if oil in necessary or can anything else remove this dryness? Please

you need to stop killing you hair!!!!! Do not blow dry your hair almost every day and try not to put oils all the time maybe apply it on every other day. if you do not listen your hair will stop growing one day and every time you cut it will grow back to where the place was in which ur hair got damaged.
