HELPPP!!! my hair texture is so dry and frizzy!!! what can i do!!!?

i did too much chemical dyes .. rebonding .. perming and all to it.. the texture is really bad now.. are there any ways i can fix it permanently?!

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (Maybe 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Use shampoos and conditioners designed for Damaged/Treated hair. I recommend Treseme, Sunsilk, or Herbal Essence. If these do not work, consult your salon.

Start with a good deep conditioner %26amp; go see a stylist. You need to determine the extent of damage done to your hair. Sometimes the best option is to cut it shorter and let the bad texture/ overprocessed hair grow out.

well first thing you can do is wash it every day and make sure to use conditioner then DON'T blow dry it let it dry on its own

I have extremely dry, curly hair and I have to deal with frizz all the time. The miracle product for me was olive oil. You can find a great organic olive oil lotion in the african american section of your local Target or Wal-mart.

i would say use nisim fast shampoo and conditioner because i permed my hair to and this stuff is good and it helps your hair grow

I hate to say it.... but if your hair is damaged due to too many chemical treatments, you will probably have to cut it off. Sometimes it's best to just start fresh.

If not, just be very gentle on your hair. No tight ponytails, braids, etc. Don't use the blow dryer or curling iron. Also, DONT wash your hair every day. You will be AMAZED at the difference in your hair if you start washing it every other day. My hairdresser recommended it for me and I LOVE my hair on the second day. It's so shiny and soft with no frizzes. And use a deep conditioning treatment.

A generous oil application and massage is recommended before washing the hair. Frequent shampooing is harmful for dry hair. Sometimes lack of nutrients can also cause dry brittle hair. 1)STOP DYING IT AND LEAVE IT ALONE!!

2)use the GREEN (only green the others make it hard) garnia shampoo and/or conditioner

3)wash with manayose(dont have to but makes it smooth)

4)dont die it any more if u want to have a profecional stylist do it

Use conditioner in your shower 2 times, before you shampoo and after then rinse it out, comb your hair out-don't brush it! I've heard of a hair treatment to get it all straight for six months, they use a special spray that permanently leaves your hair straight for 6 months. Or just straighten it everyday and condition it every day.

Hummm, lets see here!!! I have the same trouble w/ my hair. I'd use moisterizer shampoo %26amp; conditioner by Dove or any other brand name, Hot Oil treatments for oily hair, and sometimes use a small amout of gel. You absolutely do NOT want to shampoo your hair every day, like one person above said. That will only further the dryness, and frizzyness.

Try Aveda's Damage Remedy line. It has a shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioning treatment that works wonders. It's pretty pricey.. but works amazingly.
