Oily at roots and dry at ends, and also hair falling is more ,with in one day the hair is becomming o

That happens to me too. I wash my hair either every day or every second day. I use Head %26amp; Shoulders clean %26amp; balanced. It works well.

It sounds like you are going to have to wash your hair daily if you dont already.

Try using a shampoo for oily hair. Head and Shoulders are good as mentioned earlier. Also if your hair is long and you are using a conditioner, keep it to the ends only. If your hair is short.. I'd steer clear of conditioners because they can make the scalp oily.

The above answers...head and shoulders, yes it will help with the oiliness, but more to the point all shampoos have a drying effect.

Buy a leave-in hair moisturiser and apply to hair, focusing on the ends.

So your skin and scalp secrets excess oil and you said that it is getting thin also everyday. Try the following.

Consume a lot of water and refer the website that i suggest you for all hair problems. Check it out.

I used to have that same problem! Now I wash mine every 2-3 days, and it's fine. Get a clarifying shampoo to use once a week, Neutrogena has a good one. Also, I use Dove Extra Volume shampoo %26amp; conditioner, which won't weigh your hair down, and mine's long, and heavy. If you shampoo every day, your scalp will increase it's oil production, and it will get oily every day, so try to stretch it to 2-3 days, in the winter that's easier, because you won't also be perspiring. And don't use conditioner on your scalp!! Just the bottom half of your hair. This is what worked for me.
