All three will definitely damage your hair. My advice would be to use a leave in conditioner before you blowdry and then wait until you are done blowdrying to curl or flat iron your hair.

if you flat iron or curl it you will, but not if you blow dry it. also certain kinds of straighteners (or flat irons) are designed specifically for wet hair, and won't damage your hair, but will dry AND straighten it. i have one made by remington, that i got at target for 16.00.
