nasal polys grow inside the nose, it will make the breathing difficult, hair growth is independent of the air you breath in

I can't understand your question. Are you talking about your hair on your head or in your nostrils? A nasal polyp wouldn't have anything to do with either, though.

Nasal polyps are of basically two types one that comes out of the nose, other that grows inwards towards the throat. the first one is due to allergic conditions which makes you sneeze frequently in the morning hours with clear watery discharges coming out. The other one is due to infections mostly maxillary sinusitis. In both conditions surgery is to be done. Consult an ENT surgeon.
