My hair has a tendency to look/get oily if I put too much product on it, too. I blow dry my hair every day, so it also is very prone to drying out. I use Sunsilk Hydra TLC shampoo and conditioner (in the pink bottle), and I SWEAR by the stuff! Hope this helps! :)

shampoo with a shampoo and deep condition your hair. And use a water based leave in conditioner in your hair after wards. Your hair may also need protein... try aPHogee protein treatment or a light aPHogee 2min reconstructer I think its called.
