the only thing you can do is get the ends cut. thereafter make sure you keep them conditioned and use a hot oil treatment at least once a month.

this may sound wierd, but horse conditioner is a miracle worker, it will turn the fired, crispiest, most damaged hair into a beautiful, shiny, healthy, glossy head of hair.
